Program Details

  This breakthrough program designed by Dr. Melito combines the latest discoveries in the science of nutrition with the wisdom of the ages .  The result is a powerful, instructive and enjoyable experience for each and every participant.  Expect great results, for this work will redesign your whole approach to eating.  The scope of the program is broad, encompassing the knowledge and principles of all the diet trends and types of the past 40 years.  A key element of the program’s success is the principle of bioindividuality, which assumes that each of us has a unique makeup and a unique set of dietary and lifestyle needs.  As you apply your discoveries about yourself to your everyday life, you will find the path for you that leads to natural health and vitality.                                                         

   The program is structured in such a way as to accommodate every participant’s needs.  The basic components are as follows:

            Phase 1:  This is the heart of the program, based on the principles of whole-foods nutrition.  Offered in groups of five sessions, this phase covers essential topics of food choice and preparation, body type analysis, and the interplay of food with other elements of life.  Basic and practical information on every modern diet type is provided, while applying fundamental concepts of ancient dietary wisdom.  Your own daily life is used as a living laboratory, so that the results become truly yours, not just something you read or heard about. The depth and breadth of the information provided distinctly separates this offering from other diet programs typically available. 

           Phase 2:  In this phase, participants are actively losing weight while following a whole foods diet.  This means there are no required supplements or packaged foods.  For individuals looking to lose a small to moderate amount of weight, this is the safest, most comfortable, and most economical way to attain results.  Each person receives an individually-designed dietary plan, using multiple tools learned in Phase 1 applied integratively.

            Phase 2A:  This phase is for people who prefer the option of natural supplements to support the body’s functions while adjusting their diet.  No toxic or glandular substances are used.  All other elements are identical to Phase 2.

            Phase 3:  This phase is reserved for those desiring to lose very large amounts of weight.  It is a more aggressive, supplemented phase targeted for those dangerously overweight.  The program is designed for these individuals to transition into Phase 2 or 2A as soon as possible.  No medications are used. 

Note: Phases 2, 2A, and 3 are all designed to run in coordination during or after Phase 1.
